The cotton-hemp fabric in basketweave (panama weave) is a high quality fabric for universal use. The balanced combination of 70 per cent cotton and 30 per cent hemp makes this fabric not only strong, but also sufficiently flexible.

The hemp fibre, known for its durability, breathability and bacteriostatic properties (halting the growth and proliferation of microorganisms) , combined with ethically sourced cotton from our European supplier, creates a fabric that is a practical yet environmentally friendly choice.

With a weight of 320 g/m² and a robust, ‘compact’ structure, the fabric guarantees durability, making it an excellent choice for hardwearing projects. It is ideal for bags and shoppers, as well as upholstery fabric or cushion covers. It will also work well in the production of bagwear.
